Adjustable Workstations
There are adjustable workstations throughout the Library which can help you adapt the space to suit your needs.
Height Adjustable Desks
There are height adjustable desks on each floor in the Library, with and without individual PCs. Most desks are electronically adjustable, although some may have a crank handle. These desks are highlighted on the Library floorplans which can be viewed as you exit the stairs or lifts on each floor. Please also ask at the Library Helpdesk if you would like help locating these desks.
Although we do check our desks regularly, if you find a broken height adjustable desk please let us know so we can get it fixed!
On Floor 0 by the self-service kiosks there is a catalogue PC on a height adjustable table.
Ergonomic Workstations
One height adjustable desk on each of floors 3, 2, 1 and 01 is a designated ergonomic workstation, equipped with a fully ergonomic chair, keyboard and mouse. These spaces are available on a first-come first served basis and are also highlighted on the Library floorplans. Just ask at the helpdesk or on live chat if you need help locating these workstations.
