The Helpdesk on Floor 0 is open in-person:
Monday – Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday - Sunday: 11am-6pm
Virtual support is available:

Saturday – Sunday: 11am-6pm
UEA Library is open to visitors from 8am - 6pm every day. You will need to sign in at reception.
